ECOSYSTEM MAP

PGP Game Value Loop

Traffic attracts players, games create real business flow, and the value layer connects PGP, NFT rights, buybacks, and burns. The current diagram is directional only.

PRODUCT MATRIX

Poker, hash games, number rounds, and lucky prizes

The source copy proposes several games and fund-allocation models. This is only a planning summary; probability design, custody, licensing and location restrictions, smart contracts, and independent security audits must be completed before launch.

Poker and Hash Games
Standard and insurance modes are planned. Pool, refund, and settlement rules launch only after contract, security, and licensing review.
Smart contractRisk controlCompliance
0–9 Number Game
Transparent rounds, entries, draws, and prize settlement are planned. There is no betting entry until backend and contract support exists.

Lucky Prize Game
An independent pool, draw, and claim flow is planned. Odds, fees, and reward bases must be published in the final specification.

NFT and Ecosystem Rights
Rare NFTs and classic NFTs for snapshot-verified legacy NAIO nodes carry different rights. Eligibility and distributions require official backend and on-chain records.

Draft Game Mechanics

01

Poker and Hash | Standard / Insurance Modes

The draft references a 1:1.95 payout in standard mode, a 150% payout in insurance mode, and 10% of each entry going to an insurance pool. Loss rebates, team allocations, and burn shares require recalculation and formal approval.

02

0–9 Number Round | Every Two Days

The draft uses a hash suffix for the result and proposes allocating 30% to buybacks and burns, 20% to teams, and 50% to the next prize pool. Randomness, verifiability, and fees require audit.

03

Lucky Prize | Match ID and Hash Suffixes

The example matches the last three digits and references a 100,000 PGP reward per ID, rolling over when unmatched. Reward basis, entry requirements, and rollover limits remain unconfirmed.

Planned Team Flow

Qualified referrals and a ten-generation draft

The copy proposes access to ten-generation team allocations after 5 qualified direct referrals, with 10 USDT in activity as a reference threshold. Anti-abuse controls, attribution, and settlement periods are not yet specified.

Draft split: generation 1 at 50%, generation 2 at 20%, generation 3 at 10%, generation 4 at 7%, generation 5 at 5%, generation 6 at 3%, generation 7 at 2%, and generations 8–10 at 1% each.

These ten-generation percentages already total 100%, conflicting with the separate 0.1% offline-office line in the source copy. The final version requires financial reconciliation and compliance review.

DELIVERY ROADMAP

Implementation roadmap

We split product capabilities into composable modules—access, execution, settlement, and auditing—and progressively reuse and expand them across different businesses.

Phase 1
Infrastructure & access
Unify wallet signature login, network switching, contract interactions, and API authentication to provide a stable foundation for business products.
Phase 2
Modular delivery for businesses
Abstract scenarios like insurance, on-chain gaming, RWA, and sports into modules—data, rules, permissions, settlement, and incentives—forming a reusable component library.
Phase 3
Ecosystem expansion & governance
Bring in more partners and nodes, expand cross-chain and multi-asset capabilities, and gradually move toward an open agent network and community governance.
Important: this is a product roadmap, not a return promise. Games, distributions, buybacks, and claims are not live.
